The company is looking for an amazingly talented PMIS Technical Specialist to join our team! In this role you will contribute your expertise in the implementation of project management information systems on our large client Programs and grow as a member of the implementation delivery team at the company in EMEA. At this level, the PMIS Specialist has sufficient training, technical expertise and exposure to the project and program environment to work almost independently on assigned projects.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for PMIS implementation, configuration, and administration to meet client and project’s requirements.
  • Lead the development of integration scenarios between technologies such as PMIS and ERP or PMIS and any specialist technology platforms using APIs and manage the integration program.
  • Be flexible enough to learn new technologies the company adopts on various implementation projects.
  • Heavily utilize your programming skillsets in a technical role of maintaining applications.
  • Lead information-gathering sessions with clients, analyze the information and prioritize the requirements to gain understanding of the business needs and support their business plans.
  • Perform data extraction from PMIS systems and build data models in Power BI layer to allow visualizations for data analysis in PMIS.
  • Prepare technical documentation and deliver technical training programs to the Client IT teams during the knowledge transfer phase on specialist technologies.
  • Coordinate and review solutions designs with key stakeholders.
  • Day-to-day software operation support for internal and external business partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Application, IT or from relevant engineering field from an accredited University/Institute.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of related work experience working on IT implementation projects handling integration and programming, PMIS implementation.
  • Experience in implementing/administering industry-leading PMIS solutions.
  • Must have experience implementing market popular PMIS solutions like PM Web or Unifier and demonstrate proficiency in Advanced Query-Based Reporting with SSRS along with a good understanding of Business Analytics tools such as Microsoft Power BI with the ability to write DAX Queries.
  • Must demonstrate technical expertise using REST APIs.
  • Build integration programs using programming languages such as Java, .NET.
  • Knowledge and experience with project management and construction management environments is a must.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
  • Experience with client-facing roles is a bonus.
