The company is looking for an exceptionally talented PMIS Technical Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will contribute your expertise in implementing project management information systems on large client programs and grow as part of the implementation delivery team at the company in EMEA. At this level, the PMIS Specialist has sufficient training, technical expertise, and exposure to project and program environments to work almost independently on assigned projects. Location: Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time Responsibilities: - Responsible for PMIS implementation, configuration, and administration to meet client and project needs. - Lead the development of integration scenarios between technologies such as PMIS and ERP or other specialized platforms using APIs. - Learn new technologies adopted by the company on various implementation projects. - Utilize programming skills to maintain applications. - Lead information-gathering sessions with clients, analyze information, and prioritize requirements to support business needs. - Perform data extraction from PMIS systems and build data models in Power BI for data analysis and visualization. - Prepare technical documentation and deliver training programs to client IT teams during the knowledge transfer phase. - Coordinate and review solution designs with key stakeholders. - Provide day-to-day software operation support for internal and external business partners. Required Skills: - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a relevant engineering field. - Minimum 5-7 years of experience in IT implementation projects, focusing on integration and programming, as well as PMIS implementation. - Experience implementing/administering industry-leading PMIS solutions, such as PM Web or Unifier. - Proficiency in Advanced Query-Based Reporting with SSRS and understanding of business analytics tools like Microsoft Power BI. - Demonstrated technical expertise using REST APIs and ability to build integration programs using programming languages such as Java or .NET. - Knowledge and experience in project and construction management environments. - Professional written and verbal communication skills in English are required. Desired Skills: - Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact effectively with project personnel and management. - Team-player attitude with adaptability to new learning requirements. - Self-starter mentality and ability to perform independent research to address technical problems.
