Parsons is looking for an exceptionally talented PMIS Technology Specialist (Datawarehouse & Reporting) to join our team! In this role, you will contribute your expertise in the implementation of project management information systems on large programs. The PMIS Specialist will work mostly independently on assigned projects, equipped with sufficient training and technical expertise.

Job Description:

  • Set up and maintain Oracle Autonomous Datawarehouse to integrate data from PMIS systems (Unifier, P6 EPPM) and client platforms (ERP, specialist tools).
  • Use Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to establish and manage data connectors into the Datawarehouse for Power BI reporting.
  • Write SQL/PLSQL queries to extract, transform, and load data into the reporting data model.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve availability or performance issues with Oracle Datawarehouse and OIC in coordination with Oracle Support.
  • Develop automated Power BI dashboards and paginated reports, using DAX and advanced visuals, to meet program reporting needs.
  • Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders and translate them into data models and dashboard solutions.
  • Manage access, workspaces, and publishing of Power BI reports for stakeholders.
  • Oversee integration specialists when custom APIs or connectors are required beyond Oracle’s out-of-the-box solutions; support testing with tools like POSTMAN/SOAPUI.
  • Prepare and maintain functional/technical documentation and implementation records for data integration and reporting solutions.
  • Deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions to client IT teams on Datawarehouse, OIC, and reporting tools.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related engineering discipline.
  • 5–7 years of experience implementing Datawarehouse solutions with Oracle Unifier and P6 EPPM datasets.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Autonomous Datawarehouse, OIC, SQL, and PLSQL.
  • Proven expertise in building client-ready dashboards and reports in Microsoft Power BI, including DAX and paginated reports.
  • Strong understanding of data integration, including managing REST API-based connectors.
  • Experience in project/construction management environments (client, consultant, or contractor side) delivering reporting solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience building API-based data connectors using Java, .NET, or similar languages.
  • Previous client-facing or consulting experience in IT services for the construction industry.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with Oracle Knowledge Management resources.
