About the Role
The PMO Digital Lead is responsible for the digital transformation within the PMO, providing governance and data-driven delivery oversight for Project Management Consultants (PMCs). Reporting to the Project Controls Director, the role focuses on the integration of digital tools, analytics, and PMO best practices to ensure effective control and reporting of performance across quality, schedule, cost, and safety, while maintaining robust risk management strategies. The PMO Digital Lead will implement systems and tools to establish a single source of truth for project data.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a digital PMO framework aligned with a defined digital strategy.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives across project controls, commercial operations, reporting, and governance.
- Start the development, enhancement, and maintenance of digital platforms, including dashboards, BIM integration, and data analytical tools.
- Establish efficiencies through data-driven analysis to facilitate predictive decision-making linked to key success factors for delivery concerning quality, schedule, cost, and safety.
- Implement and manage comprehensive digital integration frameworks that allow for a continuous flow of data, effective decision-making, and improved performance.
- Develop digital tools for expedited data acquisition for digitalized reporting related to design and construction progress, ensuring quality assurance of received data.
- Enable unified project controls through an integrated platform covering planning and scheduling, cost management and forecasting, risk management, change control, and document control.
- Implement advanced analytics for trend analysis and forecasting, risk prediction and mitigation planning, including the utilization of AI models for performance optimization.
- Lead the implementation of Common Data Environments (CDE), AI-enabled project insights, and deploy innovative digital solutions to enhance project efficiency and delivery outcomes.
- Mentor PMO and project controls teams in digital tools and methodologies.
- Build digital capability within PMO functions across various projects.
- Conduct training programs on tools, dashboards, and digital workflows.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Experience, Skills and Knowledge
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering.
- Master’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Project Management, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of post-graduation experience.
- Sound knowledge of all engineering and commercial aspects of major civil, infrastructure, and development projects.
- Proficiency in data and visualization tools, including Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel analytics.
- Experience with digital platforms, including BIM tools and Common Data Environment (CDE) systems.
- Experienced user of Primavera P6, Pert Master, MS Office, MS Project, and document management systems.
- Ability to effectively monitor and analyze progress, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
