Responsibilities:

  • Lead PMO and Project Controls delivery, ensuring frameworks and strategies are effectively implemented across assigned commissions.
  • Manage clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams on all PMO and Project Controls matters, building strong relationships.
  • Provide expert guidance on cost, schedule, change, risk, and reporting to achieve key objectives and resolve issues.
  • Drive structured governance, reporting, and performance meetings, maintaining accountability for baselines and delivery performance.
  • Mentor and manage PMO and Project Controls team members, supporting their career development and technical excellence.
  • Embed sustainability priorities, proactively managing carbon impacts and reductions throughout project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE) or equivalent qualifications with demonstrable career development.
  • Proven expertise in PMO, Project Controls, and successful delivery of complex property or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and leadership of diverse teams to achieve project outcomes.
  • Knowledge of sustainability, carbon impacts, risk tools, and construction methodologies shaping project delivery.
