Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Order to Cash cycle for KOB1 & 2 Natural Gas Skid business.
  • Drive actions to mitigate risks and improve monthly performance.
  • Coach and support team members, providing direction and encouragement.
  • Develop and implement PMO Vision with strategic priorities and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with Sales Team, Finance, and BU Leadership to support project planning.
  • Track and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to enhance productivity and service levels.
  • Refine PMO processes with a focus on “Right First Time” principles.
  • Establish strong relationships with Sales Leaders and engage the PMO team in complex projects.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of project deliverables while adhering to industry standards.
  • Own margin uplift targets through design optimization and cost management.
  • Oversee supplier qualification and maintain relationships during project execution.
  • Negotiate change orders and resolve issues during the execution phase.
  • Manage project closure and communicate with stakeholders effectively.
  • Participate in regular business reviews to align with market needs and share best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and quality management standards.
  • Adhere to Health, Safety & Environment policies set by the organization.

Who You Are:

  • Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to set priorities and provide feedback effectively.
  • Excellent influencing, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

  • BEng degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive project management experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of management experience in industrial manufacturing or a related field.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Experience in developing and leading business strategy is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP or equivalent Project Management certification.
  • Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Process/Chemical, Electrical/Instrumentation).
  • CAD experience.
