Location: Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (On-site)

Responsibilities:
- Report to the Commercial Director and lead the commercial team in delivering the program's commercial management and cost reporting framework.
- Mature and enhance cost & commercial reporting processes across budget management, cost planning & benchmarking, and monthly cost reporting.
- Manage senior stakeholders, including C-suite and executive director level, to ensure successful delivery of the Cost & Commercial function.
- Support the roll-out of new systems, processes, and reports, including the implementation of the program cost management system.
- Oversee service excellence across all aspects of PMO Commercial reporting and manage the performance of the Commercial team.
- Coordinate with other functional leads and prepare ad-hoc reports as needed.
- Ensure compliance with contract provisions and protect the company's entitlements.
Qualifications:
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience on high-value projects/programs for a project management consultancy.
- Over 15 years of relevant experience and a pertinent degree; chartered status or working towards a comparable professional qualification is preferred.
- Outstanding data management abilities, particularly in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot tables, with familiarity in PowerBI.
- Experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) is crucial, with in-country experience preferred.
- Excellent presentation and meeting management skills, with the ability to present to client's C-Suite and CEO.
