Location: Tashkent, Uzbekistan
Duration: 2 Year Fixed Term Contract
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain PMO documentation within a Project Portfolio Management (PPM) system.
  • Conduct cost monitoring of committed funds against approved budgets using Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology.
  • Coordinate and report with GPPMD on strategy and direction for project implementation.
  • Provide status reporting on network progress, milestones, deliverables, costs, budgets, dependencies, risks, and issues.
  • Promote and uphold a safe working culture.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in project management, business administration, economics, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Project Coordinator, Procurement Specialist, or Contract Manager.
  • Experience in managing contracts.

Skills:

  • High-level scheduling and computer literacy (MS Office).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong data analysis and report writing capabilities.
  • Mentorship and development skills.
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Initiative and the ability to influence outcomes.

Language Requirements:
Fluent English skills are required for successful task implementation.
