We are seeking a PMO Specialist to manage, coordinate, and deliver the work that drives our Communications function forward. This position requires a multifaceted skill set as you'll be integral to establishing processes in a new communications department within a growing organization.
Your Responsibilities:
- Strategic Project Delivery: Own the end-to-end delivery of high-impact projects, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and ensure quality outcomes.
- Orchestrate Complexity: Oversee multiple parallel workstreams, aligning closely with cross-functional partners and leadership.
- Agency & Vendor Stewardship: Manage analytical and negotiation processes with agencies and vendors, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Strategic Planning & Executive Influence: Drive operational aspects of planning, budgeting, and OKR processes, ensuring quality materials for executive leadership.
- Operational Excellence & Architecture: Identify gaps in current operations and architect scalable frameworks for improved efficiency.
- Commercial & Contract Rigor: Manage contract life cycles and proactively oversee financial health, including budget tracking and vendor management.
