Responsibilities
- Strategy and Policy Development: Develop and implement fire safety strategies and policies that align with the company's overall safety objectives.
- System Design: Design and maintain comprehensive documentation systems, including fire safety manuals, audit checklists, and compliance records.
- Audits and Inspections: Oversee the planning and execution of regular fire safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Training Programs: Create and manage employee training programs to enhance fire safety awareness and knowledge across all levels of the organization.
- Communication Strategies: Develop and implement communication strategies for daily operations and emergency situations, ensuring clear and effective dissemination of information.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance fire safety practices, staying informed about industry best practices and technological advancements.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- At least 4 years of experience in relevant fields, including strategy, operations management, and consulting, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred qualifications:
- Quick learner with strong structured thinking and strategic planning skills.
- Experience in designing training programs and communication strategies is preferred.
