About The Team
The Policy and Program Management Team is responsible for developing and overseeing fire safety strategies, policies, and programs. This includes designing and maintaining documentation systems, conducting audits, creating employee training programs, and developing communication strategies for both daily operations and emergency situations. This team serves as the backbone of our fire safety initiatives, ensuring consistency and excellence globally.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy and Policy Development: Develop and implement fire safety strategies and policies that align with the company's overall safety objectives.
- System Design: Design and maintain comprehensive documentation systems, including fire safety manuals, audit checklists, and compliance records.
- Audits and Inspections: Oversee the planning and execution of regular fire safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Training Programs: Create and manage employee training programs to boost fire safety awareness and knowledge across all organizational levels.
- Communication Strategies: Develop and implement communication strategies for daily operations and emergency situations, ensuring clear and effective dissemination of information.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance fire safety practices, staying updated with industry best practices and technological advancements.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in relevant fields (including strategy operations, operations management, and consulting), with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Quick learner with strong structured thinking and strategic planning skills.
- Experience in designing training programs and communication strategies is preferred.
