Role Responsibilities:
- 2+ years of professional experience with Android SDK and Java/Kotlin development.
- Good knowledge of Kotlin or published apps written in Kotlin.
- Hands-on experience in Android gradle settings & libraries.
- Strong understanding of POS application concepts across various android POS/SoftPOS machines such as VeriFone, Ingenico, XAC, PAX, Ezzetab, etc.
- Experience with Continuous Integration and Deployment.
- Proficient in writing clean and testable code alongside unit tests.
- Familiar with Android Studio, Git, Bitbucket, Ansible, Artifactory, RxJava, Dagger 2, Retrofit.
- Hands-on experience with distributed messaging and push notification services.
- Experience in a Linux environment and shell scripting.
- Knowledgeable in DBMS/RDBMS, OOP, SOA, WPF, WCF, and Web services.
- Desire to improve current development processes and code architecture.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Language Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of English.
Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with payment transactions, online processing, and batch processing concepts.
- Knowledge of MySQL and MongoDB databases.
