Post-Doctoral Associate in the Center for Smart Engineering Materials

The Center for Smart Engineering Materials (CSEM) at the company seeks a post-doctoral associate to work on the development of high-sensitivity integrated photonics sensors within the Silicon Photonics (SiPh) platform. The successful applicant will lead an innovative project focused on developing smart optical sensors for environmental monitoring in the oil & gas industry. The photonics research lab is equipped with modern tools for the design, testing, and optimization of photonic circuits, and is open for collaboration with researchers from various fields to explore new optical circuits and materials with specific optical, electrical, and mechanical properties. This research project emphasizes advanced optoelectronics materials for sensing applications. The candidate will be part of a multidisciplinary team, including PhD-level scientists, graduate students, and undergraduate students.
