Responsibilities:
- Electrical and optical modeling, design tap-out, and fabrication of high-speed SiPh components
- Set up experiments and perform optical and electrical characterization
- Design silicon photonics AI accelerators
- Publish research results in high-impact journals
- Contribute to research proposals and help mentor graduate and undergraduate students
Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in science or engineering with less than five years post-doctoral experience.
