Roles and Responsibilities
- Own the resolution of post-sales technical customer issues at various support levels.
- Manage technical execution of projects and develop talent within the team.
- Interprets business challenges and recommends best practices for product and service improvements.
- Lead efforts in finding creative solutions for complex manufacturing processes.
- May lead functional teams or projects with moderate complexity and resource requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electronic/electrical engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years working experience in HVDC, Statcom, and FACTs new projects.
- Previous experience with Service activities.
- Strong knowledge in Grid transmission equipment and Synchro condensers.
- Ability to understand and implement technical drawings.
- Fluent in English and strong computer skills using MS Office Software Suite.
Desired Characteristics
- Ability to support outages and address arising questions effectively.
- Strong experience supporting regional teams and resolving technical challenges.
- Good fluency in Arabic and French is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts.
- Willingness to travel and work overtime as required.
