Post Sales Technical Support Engineer

The Post Sales Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for the resolution of post-sales technical customer issues, handling Level 1, 2, and 3 Technical Support. This role will involve managing various projects, proposing technical solutions, and ensuring delivery within the operational area, working with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Own the resolution of post-sales technical customer issues at various support levels.
• Manage technical execution of projects and develop talent within the team.
• Interprets business challenges and recommends best practices for product and service improvements.
• Lead efforts in finding creative solutions for complex manufacturing processes.
• May lead functional teams or projects with moderate complexity and resource requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electronic/electrical engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years working experience in HVDC, Statcom, and FACTs new projects.
• Previous experience with Service activities.
• Strong knowledge in Grid transmission equipment and Synchro condensers.
• Ability to understand and implement technical drawings.
• Fluent in English and strong computer skills using MS Office Software Suite.

• Ability to support outages and address arising questions effectively.
• Strong experience supporting regional teams and resolving technical challenges.
• Good fluency in Arabic and French is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts.
• Willingness to travel and work overtime as required.
