Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and implement Power BI reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.
Translate business needs into technical specifications for data modeling and report development.
Collaborate with business analysts and data engineers to source and prepare data for reporting.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy through effective validation processes.
Optimize report performance and usability to enhance user experience.
Stay current with Power BI updates and best practices to improve reporting standards.
Provide support and training to end-users on Power BI functionalities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in Power BI development.
Proficiency in Power BI, including strong skills in DAX and data visualization best practices.
Experience with SQL and relational databases for data manipulation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Keen attention to detail and a passion for data-driven decision making.
