Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports focused on cost tracking and financial KPIs.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to gather and understand business requirements related to cost and reporting.
- Analyze cost-related data trends to support budget forecasting, variance analysis, and strategic planning.
- Automate regular cost reporting processes to improve accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure data integrity and troubleshoot discrepancies between data sources.
- Create documentation and train stakeholders on usage and interpretation of Power BI reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience (10+ years) with Power BI and cost reporting analytics.
- Strong knowledge of financial metrics, budgeting processes, and cost structures.
- Proficient in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling in Power BI.
- Familiarity with SQL, Excel, and enterprise data systems (e.g., ERP).
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and explain complex data in a clear, actionable way.
