Are you ready to shape the future of sustainable energy? The STEM Global Power+ Graduate Program is our flagship early career rotational program, covering 13 countries and still growing. This opportunity exposes high potential graduates to diverse roles and experiences across various Business Units and Functions in the company. The program offers a unique learning and career development experience, jumpstarting your career with a truly unique journey of three six-month rotations (18 months in total). Focused on projects that broaden your skill set, you will choose each assignment area within different segments of our business. From day one, you will be a full-time employee and in control of your own career journey.

The program is set to begin on 1st November 2026. The first six-month rotation will be based in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, Dammam, or Jeddah). The second or third rotation may be done abroad, depending on your chosen project and the availability of business opportunities.
Your Responsibilities
- Featured Assignments include: quality engineering, software engineering, consulting, sales, manufacturing operations, project engineering, project management, R&D, and many more.
- Drive Innovation in various projects.
- Focus on customer and societal needs in service delivery.
- Be the People Champion of the program and promote a positive work culture.
- Cultivate a Diversity 360 mindset by incorporating diversity, equity, and inclusion into daily work.
Your Background
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, ideally within STEM-related degrees such as electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, software engineering, industrial engineering, energy systems engineering, or a related discipline.
- Must be a local citizen of Saudi Arabia.
- 0 to 2 years of professional experience by the start date.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strives to achieve high-quality standards with effective results.
- Capable of analyzing information for new solutions and ideas.
- Quick learner who adapts well to change.
- Fosters team cohesion and maintains good working relationships.
- Strong leadership potential and personal ownership.
- Intercultural sensitivity and a strong desire to contribute to a sustainable energy future.
