Job Description: - Engage with stakeholders and SMEs to provide feasible solutions in the Power platform. - Lead development teams and provide technical guidance. - Provide application support for production live applications. - Identify business case opportunities and drive them towards change requests. - Work on system integrations, data transformations, and application enhancements. - Collaborate with UI designers for creating custom visualizations. - Collaborate with the QA team to ensure that solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements. - Manage solution package and deployment activities. Skills and Experience: - Experience working with enterprise customers as a solution architect or in a center of excellence team. - Extensive experience in Microsoft Power platform (Power Apps/Power Automate), Dataverse, and SharePoint to deliver solutions. - Strong understanding of Azure services and Office 365 apps. - Hands-on experience in creating SQL queries and stored procedures. - Experience in Power platform configuration, environment planning, licensing, and deployment. - Design integrations with third-party applications and services. - Proficiency in delivering Power platform solutions and packaging for deployment. - Ability to design, develop, secure, and troubleshoot Power Platform solutions using Power Apps/Flow and Dataverse. - Basic understanding of DevOps practices for Power Platform. - Experience with REST API and Web services. - Experience in leading requirements gathering and solution design. - Familiarity with Agile-scrum methodology. - BFSI domain knowledge is required. - Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills.
