As the Practice Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing the strategic vision for the Data & AI practice, aligning it with overall business objectives.
- Establishing trust and credibility with customer accounts.
- Participating in pre-sales activities, including RFIs/RFPs, client workshops, proposals, and pitches.
- Contributing to offer packaging in collaboration with the Portfolio, CoE Managers, and Marketing.
- Overseeing operations in complex environments without supervision.
- Motivating a team of 4 to 10 data scientists, engineers, and analysts to create a positive and enthusiastic atmosphere.
- Upholding the highest standards of integrity and ethical behavior in all professional activities.
Profile Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Data & AI, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in data engineering, machine learning, AI model development, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong background in cloud computing, particularly in Microsoft Azure and AWS.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale Data & AI projects from inception to completion.
- Knowledge of data governance policies ensuring data quality, security, and compliance.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills focused on innovative and practical solutions.
- Ability to inspire and lead a team to achieve a clear vision for the Data & AI practice.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working in diverse and multicultural environments, especially in the Middle East.
- Ability to manage dynamic priorities in high-pressure situations.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is required; additional languages would be advantageous.
