This position offers the opportunity to be part of a team creating positive impacts for clients and the world by developing services that make a difference. The Practice Lead will oversee the design delivery across multiple channels and entities, managing multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring the quality of project deliverables. The role requires hands-on project delivery, design leadership, and client relationship management.
Furthermore, the Practice Lead will collaborate with UX designers, UI designers, researchers, service designers, digital transformation experts, solution architects, and data scientists to enhance user journeys based on data and evidence. These journeys are expected to be measurable and scalable across multiple projects.
Main Tasks:
- Communicate and articulate design decisions through visual, written, and verbal means.
- Lead conversations with third parties and business stakeholders regarding maps, flows, and emotional maps.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, and expectations (including KPIs).
- Create success reports and presentations highlighting improvements and before-and-after benchmarks.
- Prepare findings from usability tests and user testing to support design assumptions.
- Utilize analytical skills to ideate effective design solutions that resonate with customers.
- Design and create digital experiences that enhance mobile app rankings globally.
- Measure the effectiveness of delivered work.
Skills & Experience:
- 12+ years of design experience and 5+ years in a similar role.
- Proven experience in developing complex design systems for digital products, specifically mobile and web applications (experience in FinTech or Banking is a plus).
- Postgraduate degree in computer engineering or design arts.
- Proficiency in design systems and tools, with qualifications in human psychology.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey insights engagingly.
- Experience in fast-paced, data-driven environments such as product companies or startups.
- A nonjudgmental approach to collaboration with diverse teams.
- Ability to navigate vague project scopes to explore outcomes effectively.
- Energetic, passionate, and proactive attitude towards problem-solving and communication skills.
