As part of ER&D in the Middle East, you will lead the Hybrid Intelligence practice within Capgemini Engineering. This role is focused on capability building, people development, thought leadership, and solutioning. You will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction of the Hybrid Intelligence practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the strategic vision for the Hybrid Intelligence practice within Capgemini Engineering, ensuring alignment with engineering business objectives.
- Establish trust and credibility with customer accounts.
- Participate in pre-sales activities such as RFI/RFP related to offerings, shaping discussions, client workshops, presentations, and pitches.
- Contribute to offer packaging in collaboration with Portfolio, CoE Managers, and Marketing.
- Operate independently in complex environments.
- Set and manage realistic expectations for internal stakeholders and project teams, ensuring feasibility and alignment with engineering capabilities.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative culture, motivating teams and cultivating a strong internal engineering community.
- Manage a team of 4 to 10 engineers as People Manager.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity and ethical behavior in all professional activities.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related engineering field.
- 10+ years of experience in Hybrid Intelligence, including 5+ years in a leadership or practice development role.
- Strong technical foundation in data engineering, machine learning, and AI model development applied to industrial operations, R&D, or engineering activities.
- Experience developing engineering solutions in Edge & Cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS.
- Proven ability to lead internal initiatives, define technical strategy, and support Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering teams.
- Familiarity with data governance, quality, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Experience working in multicultural environments, particularly in the Middle East, is a plus.
- Comfortable operating in dynamic, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
