Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the strategic vision for the Hybrid Intelligence practice, aligning with engineering business objectives.
- Establish trust and credibility with customer accounts.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including preparing proposals and shaping discussions.
- Contribute to offer packaging with Portfolio, CoE Managers, and Marketing.
- Manage expectations for internal stakeholders and project teams ensuring alignment with engineering capabilities.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work culture while managing a team of 4 to 10 engineers as a People Manager.
- Uphold high standards of integrity and ethical behavior.
Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Hybrid Intelligence, including 5+ years in a leadership or practice development role.
- Strong technical foundation in data engineering, machine learning, and AI model development applied to industrial operations or R&D activities.
- Experience developing solutions in Edge & Cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS.
- Proven leadership in defining technical strategy and supporting Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering teams.
- Familiarity with data governance, quality, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Experience working in multicultural environments, especially in the Middle East, is desirable.
- Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
