Practice Lead, Insights & Data

The company Middle East is seeking a highly experienced Insights & Data FS Practice Leader to drive growth, delivery excellence, and client success across the Financial Services sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the broader Middle East region. The ideal candidate is a senior leader with experience in Data & AI consulting, business development, and multi-country operations, particularly within a Global System Integrator environment. Professional experience in KSA is required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Growth:

   • Lead the go-to-market strategy for the FS Insights & Data practice.
   • Close major Data & AI transformation opportunities with financial institutions.
   • Craft value propositions and commercial strategies.

2. Technology Partnerships & Ecosystem Leadership:

   • Build partnerships with leading Data & AI technology vendors.
   • Develop initiatives and co-sell strategies with the partner ecosystem.

3. Delivery Leadership & Client Satisfaction:

   • Oversee large-scale Data & AI transformation programs.
   • Ensure adherence to the company's delivery governance and quality standards.

4. Practice & Capability Development:

   • Build and scale a high-performing FS Data & AI team.
   • Develop methodologies and industry-aligned solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Professional Background: Experience in Data & AI consulting in a Global System Integrator or top-tier consulting firm.
• Technical & Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of Data Platform implementation, Data Architecture, and Cloud Data Engineering. Strong background in Data Governance.
• Leadership & Soft Skills: Strong executive presence, exceptional communication skills, and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Language Requirements: Proficiency in English, knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
