Practice Manager - AWS Security Assurance Services

The AWS Security Assurance Service team, part of the Global Services, Security (GSS) team at Amazon Web Services, is seeking a talented Practice Manager to help expand the Security Assurance practice. This role involves educating our customers on how our product-led, people-powered services can help them operate their business securely on AWS while achieving compliance objectives. This is a customer-facing position where success is measured by developing a high-performing team of consultants who assist customers in migrating their workloads and regulated data into the cloud while addressing specific risk, regulatory, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Build teams that deliver on innovative governance, risk, compliance, and security objectives.
• Define security, compliance, and risk management approaches for customers, facilitating faster movement of sensitive workloads to the cloud.
• Engage with clients to resolve security assurance questions, manage risk, and achieve security and compliance objectives in the AWS Cloud through strategic presentations and hands-on demonstrations.
• Lead efforts with AWS engineering, support, and business teams to integrate partner and customer feedback into AWS technology roadmaps.
• Establish long-lasting relationships with strategic stakeholders to support Business Development and Customer Success efforts of AWS Security Assurance Services.

Work Conditions

• Ability to travel to customer sites as needed.
