The Pre-Sales Consultant will be responsible for advising our Business Development & Sales teams on large, complex deals, addressing technical and product questions, and helping customers understand how to implement the company’s systems effectively. Responsibilities
- Work closely with the sales/business development team to explore sales opportunities for the company’s product suite.
- Liaise and discuss with customers/prospects to qualify the opportunity/lead and create a solution construct.
- Assist the BD/Sales team in the qualification of customer needs and perform pre-demo needs analysis.
- Drive techno-functional discussions in client interactions/pre-sales and appropriately capture customer requirements with maximum clarity.
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the complete pre-sales cycle, from requirement scoping, product fitment, solutioning, to technical proposal creation, by working closely with members of the sales, delivery, product, and support teams.
- Draft solution scope documents that meet customer expectations and translate these accurately to the delivery and product teams for estimation and successful delivery mechanisms.
- Generate product demo scripts and scenarios and orchestrate product demos/workshops.
- Manage, coordinate, and execute the complete bidding process of Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP).
- Develop statements of work and other contractual documents as required.
- Complete any other tasks that may reasonably be required from time to time.
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic and English is a must.

- Prepare SWOT analysis on solution offerings and position the company’s products against the competition in various geographies.
- Good knowledge of global real-time payments, rails, retail payments, and the payments landscape.
- Fair understanding of Real-time Payments globally, including PSD2, Open Banking, Payment Hub, SWIFT, and SEPA.
- Good knowledge of the Saudi Arabian and GCC banking and payments landscape is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience preparing PowerPoint presentations, documents, and analysis reports.
- Ability to initiate conversations and make a lasting impact.
- Regularly updated with market knowledge on the payment domain and progress in various relevant geographies.
