You will drive architecture blueprinting, technical scoping, and validation in pre-sales activities to secure new enterprise business. On the delivery side, you will engage directly with customers, leading the technical execution of complex, Agentic AI and low-code solutions, ensuring that our pre-sales proposals are feasible and our delivery projects align with initial visions.
Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales Solution Architecture & Enablement:
- Collaborate with Sales and Solution Delivery Managers (SDMs) to create comprehensive Statements of Work (SOWs) and technical roadmaps.
- Design and conduct Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to demonstrate solution feasibility, particularly regarding Agentic AI integrations.
- Perform technical audits to evaluate integration paths and data readiness.
- Serve as the trusted technical authority during sales cycles.

Professional Services Delivery Architect:
- Lead architectural ownership on customer engagements, ensuring adherence to high standards of performance, security, and scalability.
- Oversee the implementation of LLM orchestration and "Human-in-the-Loop" workflows.
- Develop reusable delivery playbooks from active project learnings.
Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience & Education:
- A minimum of 6 years in Enterprise Solution Architecture, Technical Pre-Sales, or Technical Delivery within an IT Professional Services environment.
- Proven track record of winning complex software deals and delivering high-value enterprise applications.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Required Certifications:
- The company Architecture / Expert Developer Certification.
- Valued certifications include the company Specialist Agentic AI Certification, TOGAF, Cloud Architect (AWS/Azure), or Agile/Scrum certifications.
