Position

The position is a pre-sales engineering role where you will closely collaborate with sales, build relationships with partners, and ensure they can effectively position and implement our solutions. We are seeking someone with a Web & Data Security background and experience in positioning security products for large customers.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead discussions with customers to understand and document their environment, needs in cross-domain, network security, DLP/intellectual property protection, and recommend suitable products/services.
  • Deliver product and technology presentations to technical and business decision-makers, including system demonstrations, white-boarding, and technical Q&A sessions.
  • Provide pre-sales technical support, engineering, and guidance for developing and implementing the company cybersecurity technologies.
  • Work with customers, partners, resellers, and internal teams to architect, design, build, and deploy cybersecurity solutions for pilot and proof of concept demonstrations.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and sales events, participating in relevant activities.
  • Prepare trade studies, cost-benefit analyses, white papers, reports, and briefings as necessary.
  • Collaborate with account managers and proposal teams to develop technical content and diagrams for RFI/RFP responses.
  • Coordinate Product Specialists' involvement during pre-sales activities.
  • Partner with professional services to design project activities in line with customer expectations.
  • Help maintain cutting-edge demonstration and lab capabilities and undertake other related projects as assigned.

What you can bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in cybersecurity.
  • Pre-sales experience with cybersecurity and/or network products in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of Web & Data Security.
  • Familiarity with Data Loss Prevention projects and methodologies.
  • Strong customer engagement skills.
  • Experience with enterprise accounts is ideal.
  • Confident and proactive communicator.
  • Ability to effectively engage with technical and executive-level audiences.
  • Capacity to work collaboratively across engineering, management, and customer teams.
  • Understanding of networking topology, TCP/IP protocols, proxy infrastructures, and network components (firewalls, routers, etc.).
  • Preferred Linux/Windows systems administration experience.
  • Strong understanding of customer requirements, security design, and system architectures.
  • Experience with cybersecurity engineering projects.
  • Degree in Computer Engineering or a related Engineering field.
