Position

About the Role
In this position, you will support the Pre-Sales and Business Development teams in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. You will be involved in market and competitor research across target industries and customers, and assist in preparing customer presentations, proposals, RFP responses, and sales documentation. Participation in customer meetings, product demonstrations, and discovery sessions will be key components of your role. Additionally, you will help maintain and update CRM systems with customer and opportunity data, collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather technical and commercial information required for customer proposals, and analyze customer requirements to assist in matching solutions to their needs. You will also prepare reports, dashboards, and sales performance summaries, support marketing initiatives, events, webinars, and trade shows where applicable, and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and tools.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in technology, business development, sales, or consulting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365) is an advantage.
  • Additional languages such as Arabic are a plus.
