The company is looking for a talented and experienced Pre-Sales Engineer (UAE National) who will play a key role in positioning the company's security solutions to customers and prospects, as well as in creating technical content for proposals and RFP responses. The Pre-Sales Engineer will also be critical in ensuring the success of Proof of Concepts and customer satisfaction from a technology architecture and solution standpoint. This role is crucial for the company's success in the market and is focused on driving increased business.

Responsibilities:
- Stay informed about emerging cybersecurity threats and industry best practices.
- Assist Business Development Managers in customer meetings, positioning technical solutions and services, and managing customer expectations.
- Support strategic account planning from a technology perspective.
- Leverage the company's defined solutions to support the sales process.
- Create high-end technical content for proposals, including drawings and project plans.
- Define the scope of work (SOW) for proposed solutions.
- Coordinate technical third-party involvement for the presales/proposal process.
- Manage and execute Proof of Concept (POC) with customers, including success criteria and presentation of results.
- Collaborate with internal team leaders to ensure successful delivery of the POC.
- Close sales opportunities from a technical standpoint.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Emirati candidates with family book are preferred.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity and information security challenges.
- Knowledge of IaaS and SaaS solutions is a plus.
- Solid consulting skills with both technical and commercial understanding.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts clearly.
- Strong business acumen and report/documentation writing skills.
- Solid presentation skills and a flexible work approach.
- Strong verbal and written command of English.
