Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide presales and post-sales support for Microsoft Azure.
- Understand customer requirements and design suitable Azure solution architectures.
- Prepare solution sizing, BOMs, technical proposals, and RFP/RFQ responses.
- Conduct customer presentations, workshops, and technical discussions.
- Support sales teams in opportunity qualification, solution positioning, and closure.
- Coordinate with Microsoft and implementation teams for solution validation and delivery.
- Azure presales and solution architecture.
- Technical demos, workshops, and training.
- Cloud-related initiatives.
Skills Required
- Customer and partner technical support.
- Azure solution sizing and cost estimation.
- Migration and technical consultation.
- Partner enablement and business development.
- Microsoft Azure and cloud solutions expertise.
- Azure presales and solution design proficiency.
- Experience with Azure networking, storage, and security.
- Cloud migration and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Technical demos and presentations.
- Partner and customer enablement knowledge.
- Azure costing and solution sizing expertise.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and AZ-104 (preferred).
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or any related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
