Position

The company, an e& enterprise company, is seeking a talented and experienced Pre-Sales Service Architect to play a key role in discovering opportunities and positioning the company's security services to customers and prospects. This role involves creating technical content for proposals and RFP responses while ensuring that customers understand the value of the company's services. The Pre-Sales Service Architect will be instrumental in ensuring customer success during and after implementation, aligning with the implementation team, and identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities. This is a sales-focused role essential for the company's market success.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Business Development Managers in customer meetings, focusing on positioning the company's services.
  • Ensure empowerment of Business Development Managers in key areas of expertise.
  • Assist with strategic account planning from a technology perspective.
  • Support the onboarding team during kick-off meetings for successful onboarding.
  • Leverage the company's defined services to manage customer expectations and facilitate successful sales.
  • Involve vendor presales and internal technology leads, managing any external technical interface.
  • Create high-quality technical content for proposals, including drawings, project plans, and compliance documentation.
  • Define proper scopes of work for proposed services.
  • Coordinate technical third-party involvement for the presales/proposal process.
  • Manage Proof of Concept (POC) processes with customers, including scope, success criteria, and presentation of results.
  • Close sales opportunities from a technical standpoint.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and relevant security certifications.
  • Excellent technical and architectural understanding of key services including MDR, MTI, MEDR, SOAR, Offensive & advisory services.
  • Proficient in solutions utilized to deliver the company's services.
  • Strong comprehension of Cyber and information security challenges and strategies.
  • Prior experience positioning managed security services is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Cloud IT and Security Technologies.
  • Prior pre-sales experience is a plus.
  • Solid consulting skills with both technical and commercial understanding.
  • Strong skills in explaining complex technical concepts simply.
  • Excellent report writing and document preparation skills.
  • Strong presentation abilities.
  • Flexible work approach as per job requirements.
  • Team player with a customer-centric and independent working style.
  • Strong verbal and written command of English.
