The Solutions Architect Job Overview
We are seeking an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Solutions Architect for the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa Region in a senior pre-sales role to support the sales of our technology focused on AI Data Center Infrastructures (AI Factories) and AI Applications. In this role, you will collaborate with an AI Sales role to discover opportunities and identify suitable solutions tailored to our customers' business needs. This position requires you to provide technical expertise and business acumen across specific or multiple industries, with a special focus on the AI technology and ecosystem. You will champion our customers' requirements, ensuring they are well understood by various teams, including Marketing, Product Management, and Product Engineering.

Your mission as a Solutions Architect will be to serve as a trusted advisor to customers in the AI technology ecosystem while also educating the solution engineering team through whitepapers, training, blogs, tech tips, and presentations. To excel in this role, you should possess strong technical capabilities alongside a deep understanding of how Application Delivery and Security technology fosters innovation in the AI era. A genuine passion for continuous learning, adaptability, and a commitment to our mission is crucial. Familiarity with products and the broader tech ecosystem is beneficial; however, your enthusiasm for embracing new challenges, expanding your knowledge, and driving our mission forward is what matters most. What will you do?

• Identify and work on strategic opportunities within AI Infrastructure and AI applications technology areas, embedding technology within those opportunities.
• Serve as an evangelist and thought leader in AI technology and business matters.
• Collaborate with other Solution Architects and internal business leaders to share ideas, identify common customer pain points, and propose appropriate solutions.
• Advocate for customer needs, high-value use cases, and innovative ideas from the field with product management and services teams.
• Engage with internal Product Management and services teams, providing technical and business feedback to enhance product design, architecture, launches, and updates benefiting our customers.
• Provide mentorship to the Solution Engineering community within the organization as needed.

How you’ll do it:

• Experience as an evangelist, thought leader, and mentor in AI.
• Act as a liaison between Sales and Marketing, Product Management, and Product Engineering.
• Work with strategic business opportunities effectively.
• Familiarity with AI best practices, technology landscape, and ecosystem.
• Knowledge of AI application architectures and components, including Large Language Models, Orchestrators, Agents, and Tools, with a commitment to staying updated on market developments.
• Understanding of AI infrastructure and data center network designs, knowledge of both east-west and north-south architectures; familiarity with Nvidia reference architectures is preferred.
• Awareness of current AI App security challenges and ecosystem.
• Knowledge of Storage technologies and the ability to design architectures for efficient data delivery related to AI training, fine-tuning, and inference.
• Advanced usage of AI tools (chatbots, agents, etc.) for content search, analysis, generation, task automation, and potentially vibe coding.
• Understanding of cloud-native application design patterns (Kubernetes, APIs, microservices, service mesh, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of business outcome-focused architecture, engineering, and operations practices.

What you’ll bring:

• Ability to effectively communicate and present technical concepts to executives and business leaders, tailoring your message to the audience's technical level.
• Extensive experience in delivering business-driven solutions demonstrations and presentations to both technical and business leads.
• Experience in speaking at industry/customer events, publishing whitepapers, articles, blogs, tech tips, etc.
• Deep understanding of solutions.
• 8+ years of related industry experience.
• Relevant certifications are advantageous.
• BS/BA or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of AI Factory reference architectures.
