We are seeking an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Solutions Architect for the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa Region. This is a senior pre-sales role that supports the sales of the company technology in the context of AI Data Center Infrastructures (AI Factories) and AI Applications.
Your primary function will involve collaborating closely with an AI Sales role to discover opportunities and identify suitable the company solutions to address our customers' business needs. You will deliver technical expertise and business insights across specific or multiple industries, focusing particularly on AI technology and ecosystem. You will position the company technology within the context of AI application delivery and security, and act as a champion for our customers’ requirements to ensure they are well understood by various teams within the company, including Marketing, Product Management, and Product Engineering.
A crucial aspect of your role as Solutions Architect will be to become a trusted advisor and champion in the AI technology ecosystem. This includes educating the company Solutions Engineering team, both internally and externally, through whitepapers, training sessions, blogs, tech tips, presentations, and other educational materials.

What Will You Do?
- Identify and pursue strategic opportunities within AI Infrastructure and AI application technology areas and provide technical expertise to integrate the company technology.
- Act as an evangelist and thought leader in the AI technology and business sectors.
- Collaborate with other Solution Architects and internal business leaders to share ideas, identify common customer pain points and industry trends, and propose appropriate the company solutions.
- Advocate for customer needs, high-value everyday use cases, and innovative suggestions to product management and services teams.
- Work closely with internal Product Management and services teams to provide technical and business feedback for product design, architecture, launches, and updates that will benefit customers.
- Offer mentorship to the Solution Engineering community within the organization as required.
How You’ll Do It:
- Serve as a liaison between Sales and Marketing, Product Management, and Product Engineering.
- Experience working with strategic business opportunities.
- Demonstrated knowledge of AI best practices, technology landscape, and ecosystem.
- Understanding of AI application architectures and components, including Large Language Models, Orchestrators, Agents, and Tools, along with a commitment to staying updated on market and technological developments.
- Familiarity with AI infrastructure and data center network designs and reference architectures, preferably including Nvidia reference architectures.
- Awareness of the current AI app security ecosystem and related challenges.
- Knowledge of storage technologies and designing architectures for efficient data delivery within AI training, fine-tuning, and inference contexts.
- Proficient in using AI tools (chatbots, agents, etc.) for content search, analysis, generation, task automation, and potentially code generation.
- Familiarity with cloud-native application design patterns (Kubernetes, APIs, microservices, service mesh, etc.).
- Advanced understanding of business outcome-focused architecture, engineering, and operations practices.
What You’ll Bring:
- Ability to effectively communicate and present technical concepts to executives and business leaders, tailoring your message to the audience's technical understanding.
- Significant experience creating business-driven solution demonstrations and presentations for technical and business stakeholders.
- Background in speaking at industry/customer events and publishing whitepapers, solution articles, blogs, and tech tips.
- Deep knowledge of the company solutions.
- 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
- BS/BA or equivalent work experience.
- Familiarity with AI Factory reference architectures.
