The ideal candidate will focus on solving customer challenges by providing leadership and support during sales cycles, engaging directly with customers and partners, advocating for customer needs within the company, and driving Expert Services sales by establishing trusted advisor relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Understanding clients' overall business to ensure successful implementation of the company technologies.
- Collaborating with various teams to manage and close Expert Services opportunities.
- Engaging with strategic customers and C-Level executives across IT and other business functions.
- Tailoring the company project methodology to meet client needs while maintaining structured processes.
- Ensuring rapid turnaround on deliverables and collaborating with Sales Account Executives during the sales process.
Qualifications include:
- 3+ years of experience working with the company in both pre-sales and delivery capacities.
- Proven career experience in Professional Services with a software OEM.
- Strong relationship-building skills with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to communicate complex business and technical concepts effectively.
- Aspirations to hold either a CMA or CTA certification.
