The Solutions Consulting team is renowned for its extensive knowledge of our integrated resilience management technology. Our cloud-based platform merges various critical solutions, such as operational resilience, business continuity, and security operations. Solutions Consultants play a key role in delivering customized software demonstrations that address specific customer needs and ensure a solid understanding of their processes.

The primary focus of the Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant is to align customer-specific business and technical needs with viable technological solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes and the ability to craft solutions that are not only technically sound but also user-centric.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigator - Discovery and Qualification: Engage stakeholders to gather and understand deep insights into business processes, challenges, and desired outcomes, alongside qualifying the fit for our solutions.
  • Architect and Storyteller - Solution Design and Presentation: Develop tailored solutions based on customer needs and present compelling stories through demonstrations.
  • Trusted Advisor - Handling Objections: Address technical and functional concerns with expertise, facilitating in-depth workshops and building trust with the customer.
  • Collaborator - Proposal Development and Closing: Work with the sales team to refine proposals, ensuring the solution meets customer expectations and facilitating a smooth transition for implementation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with complex business software solutions (2 years in a senior role)
  • Experience in requirements gathering, solution consulting, and delivering tailored software demonstrations
  • Strong client relationship management skills and a background in software development
  • Ideally, experience in risk, crisis, incident, or emergency management systems

Language Requirements: English fluency is preferred.
