As a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer, you will collaborate with the Sales Division to support the expansion of the company’s ventures. Your main responsibilities will include designing and presenting video security and access control solutions, providing technical demonstrations, and ensuring client requirements are met. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a solid understanding of security systems.

Work Conditions:
Hybrid workplace environment (both in-office and remote), full-time, with travel requirements up to 50% of the annual working schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and present advanced security solutions.
  • Facilitate product evaluations, training sessions, and engaging presentations.
  • Support tradeshow activities and conduct site surveys.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and troubleshoot complex issues.

Basic Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineering role within a technology company.
  • Strong knowledge of access control and video surveillance markets.
  • Must be a native English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a good understanding of networking principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Security industry experience or certifications.
  • Certification in relevant technical areas such as Cloud, Microsoft, or Cisco.
  • Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
  • A university degree or diploma in a tech-related field is desirable.
