Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer

Our Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer role is a unique opportunity to collaborate with the Sales Division to expand and support our ventures.

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with sales teams to design and present tailored video security and access control solutions.
• Serve as the technology expert who demystifies complex tech and showcases the company's offerings.
• Engage in product evaluations, training sessions, and presentations to empower sales and customers.
• Build strong relationships with clients and troubleshoot complex issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee demo logistics and manage asset readiness for product demonstrations.

This position offers exciting travel opportunities, including supporting tradeshows and conducting site surveys both locally and internationally.

Work Conditions:

• Hybrid workplace environment (mix of in-office and remote work)
• Full-time position
• Travel requirements up to 50% of the annual working schedule

Basic Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineering role within a technology company
• Solid understanding of access control and video surveillance markets
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with knowledge of networking principles
• Proficient in security systems design, implementation, and maintenance
• Native English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Driving license required; company car benefits may be available
