Position

We are seeking a talented Pre-Sales Technical Manager in our Mobile eXperience B2B Team to bridge the gap between client requirements and the technical capabilities of Samsung’s mobile-enterprise solutions. The role focuses on enabling the sales team by understanding the technical needs of clients, developing tailored solutions, and ensuring successful scaling and closing of deals in both public and private sectors.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME): Collaborate with sales account managers to understand client requirements and identify technical gaps. Assure that all client requirements are met according to product/solution specifications and company policies.
  • Solution Development: Design and propose mobile-enterprise solutions that meet the technical specifications and business objectives of clients.
  • Proposal Support: Assist in creating detailed technical proposals and solutions to client requirements, including implementation plans and cost estimates.
  • Client Engagement: Participate in client meetings to present technical solutions, address concerns, and build trust with stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Serve as Project Manager for key deployments, providing status reporting of team activities against department set goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure solutions are feasible and align with organizational capabilities, and engage with Headquarters' Solution and Product Planning Team.
  • Post-Sale Support: Provide technical guidance during the implementation phase to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 8-11 years of experience in pre-sales or technical consulting roles, with relevance to enterprise-level platforms and mobile-enterprise solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Deep knowledge of mobile-enterprise technologies and their integration into client environments.
  • Proven track record of developing and presenting technical solutions to clients in complex sales environments.
  • Arabic-speaking preferred.
