In This Role, You Will
- Provide high-quality sales and administrative support to PWRMs, including appointment setting and client servicing.
- Respond to client enquiries, resolve routine transactional requests and direct clients to the appropriate channels when needed.
- Manage client contact, event reminders and CRM updates to maintain accurate and active client records.
- Prepare sales documentation, input data, generate reports and coordinate with support functions to complete client requests.
- Support the smooth delivery of suitable product and wealth solutions, ensuring effective follow-up.
- Handle client complaints promptly and professionally, aiming to resolve routine matters at the first point of contact.
- Maintain strong knowledge of the PWRM client portfolio using CRM and analytical tools.
- Ensure wealth-deal input quality and error rates remain within required standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant products, services, processes and regulatory requirements.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Experience in financial services, preferably in retail or Premier banking sales.
- Knowledge of core banking products, the Premier proposition, and retail and wealth processes.
- Experience using CRM or relationship-management platforms.
- Understanding of branch operations and relevant local compliance requirements.
- Strong communication, influencing, teamwork and client-service skills.
- Ability to deliver needs-based solutions and a high-quality client experience.
- Money Laundering Awareness certification is preferred.
- Willingness to obtain any professional or regulatory qualifications required by the market.
- A full-time degree of at least three years’ duration is essential for obtaining a UAE visa and work permit. Degrees awarded outside the UAE require valid attestation and equivalency documentation.
