Job Description:

  • Responsible for architecting solutions that achieve customer business outcomes within a specific technical domain or across the company portfolio, including hardware, software, and services.
  • Develop and articulate compelling proposals, ensuring customer requirements are met.
  • Provide technical expertise to sales teams, helping to gain customer insight within their domain through presentations and demonstrations.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies and leverage this knowledge with the customer’s technical environment.
  • Collaborate with account team leadership to develop key value propositions and identify opportunities within assigned accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Apply advanced knowledge of the company’s portfolio, ensuring customer needs are met.
  • Identify risks and recommend solutions to meet customer requirements.
  • Translate functional designs into scalable technical designs and architectures.
  • Design and deliver solutions aligned to customer business requirements.
  • Actively participate in sales forecasts and provide feedback for accelerating the sales lifecycle.
  • Develop professional relationships with customer technical teams and executives.

Education and Experience:

  • First-level university technical degree or equivalent technical qualifications; advanced degree preferred.
  • 4-8 years of IT technical experience focused on technical consulting and solution selling.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience in solution configurations and creating demos/POCs to address customer requirements.
  • Strong understanding of company offerings and ability to communicate effectively in English and applicable local languages.
  • Consultative and value selling skills, along with project and time management capabilities.

Language Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English and applicable local languages is necessary to perform job requirements.
