Position

The Presales Engineer will be responsible for service delivery engagements, which include handling Helpdesk and implementation project requirements such as SAP, Oracle, and ERP, as well as leading Digital Transformation engagements. The role also encompasses managing platform and solutions related to ServiceNow, Mega zone, Subcon, meta dialog, and blue verse, along with any future product partnerships.
