We are looking for a Presales Engineer to manage presales activities and assist the Sales team in identifying new business opportunities. This role involves supporting sales team members and channel partners in demonstrating the company's expertise and winning over competitors, as well as conducting proofs of concept (POCs) with positive feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Technology Strategy Trusted Advisor for main accounts.
  • Assist the Sales team in promoting the company's Enterprise portfolio by aligning customer priorities with our strategic capabilities.
  • Provide demonstrations of the company's products and services to prospects and during events.
  • Support the Sales team in the RFP process and help create technical proposals, bill of materials (BOM), and specifications.
  • Prepare territory-aligned materials for presales activities, including tailored technical presentations.
  • Coach and develop the technical teams of partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.

Experience, Skills, and Competencies:

  • 3+ years of presales experience with major cybersecurity vendors.
  • Familiarity with typical IT infrastructure in Government, Finance, Telecom, and Retail sectors.
  • Knowledge of local cybersecurity regulations.
  • Experience with EDR, XDR, and Threat Intelligence markets.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows-based networks and sufficient Linux OS skills for deployment and troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey solution values in business language.
  • Understanding of the local market landscape, including competitors, partners, and distributors.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Solid knowledge of Network Cyber Security Solutions.
  • CCNA or similar certification.
  • Experience working with global markets.
  • Familiarity with scripting programming languages.
  • Experience working in New Wave EDR/XDR Vendors and as a presales engineer with System Integrators.
  • CISSP Certification and knowledge of the company's product portfolio.
