Presales Intern

This is an entry-level Presales Intern position based in Dubai, UAE. Candidates should have recently completed, or be due to complete within the next 1-2 months, a relevant degree or qualification. Relocation support is not available for this role and applicants must be legally authorized to work in the UAE at the time of application.

You will be part of the amazing team of Customer Advisory and Presales in the Middle East South, collaborating with colleagues from UAE, Qatar, Oman, and many other countries. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with our innovation team, which is involved in various projects across industries, providing exposure to a variety of roles within the company.

In this role, you will support the team in developing storylines for customer presentations, research industry trends to enhance customer engagements, participate in team events and meetings, facilitate Design Thinking workshops, and experience the dynamic environment of a customer-facing team at one of the biggest software companies in the world.

To qualify, you should bring proficiency and passion for Graphic Design or Video Editing, strong attention to detail, an eagerness to develop design skills, a keen interest in innovation and new technologies, high energy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Familiarity with UX/UI mockup software such as Adobe XD, Figma or others is also advantageous.

The position expects minimal travel (0 - 10%), is a limited full-time employment role, and is suitable for students.
