Responsibilities:
- Strategic Visioning: Collaborate with customer CXOs and Technology Leaders to establish technological transformation visions, SMART objectives, and program charters.
- Enterprise Architecture Leadership: Define and design enterprise architecture leveraging frameworks like TOGAF and Zachman.
- Feasibility & Modernization: Conduct feasibility analysis to guide MVP-based roadmaps.
- Program Definition: Create business cases for multi-year programs.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure solutions are regulatory-compliant (e.g., PDPL, GDPR).
- Partnership: Work with Account Executives and Sales Leaders to engage customers effectively.
- Value Realization: Lead customer requirements and create end-to-end solutions for proposals.
- Portfolio Management: Drive the company Offering Portfolios and utilize strategic technology partnerships.
Key Deliverables:
- Develop architectural artifacts and strategic blueprints aligned with customer visions.
- Construct detailed business cases highlighting TCO and ROI.
- Define MVP-based roadmaps and wave-based rollouts.
Technical & Architectural Skills:
- Industry Experience: 15+ years in IT, 5+ years in Data, AI/ML, or Enterprise Architecture roles.
- Data & AI Architecture: Expertise in designing Data, AI/ML architectures.
- Cloud Expertise: Proficiency in AWS, Azure, GCP, and modern data platforms.
- AI Platforms Knowledge: Hands-on knowledge of machine learning frameworks and tools.
Essential Soft Skills:
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
- Strategic leadership capabilities to influence cross-functional teams.
Language Requirements: Proficient in English, knowledge of additional languages may be a plus.
