Presales Solution Architect - Managed Services

The Presales Solution Architect for Managed Services leads presales engagements by collaborating with clients to shape RFPs (pre-engagement), designing tailored support models, and developing compelling proposals. This role promotes shared service delivery models and builds go-to-market (GTM) strategies centered around managed services.

Qualifications:

• Experience in creating innovative solutions in managed services using AI and Automation.
• Good understanding of tools and solutions in AI Operations, Security Operations, Event Management, and SIEM Solutions.
