Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a technical consultant with expertise in product-specific advisory support during sales cycles, aiming to achieve sales targets for your assigned territory.
  • Lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and deliver product demonstrations that align our solutions with their needs.
  • Understand customer challenges and goals, mapping these back to our solution capabilities.
  • Provide technical and feature-related answers to inquiries from customers, channel partners, and other colleagues.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in GRC, providing feedback to product management regarding enhancements.
  • Share best practices and re-usable assets with fellow Solution Consultants to improve team efficiency.
  • Identify and deliver cross-product sales opportunities that address customer challenges and industry needs.
  • Maintain awareness of competitive analysis and market trends to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in leveraging AI technologies for work processes and decision-making.
  • Proven pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience, specifically with GRC solutions.
  • Demonstrable knowledge in core GRC domains; familiarity with the Cyber Security domain is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in the platform or cloud software solutions.
  • Strong collaboration skills with product management, marketing, and professional services.
  • Excellent presentation skills and personal drive for continuous improvement.
  • Territory management skills, including pipeline building and sales collaboration.
  • Ability to travel as necessary.
  • Language Requirements: Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
