Presales support Assistant (UAEN)

About the Role
The Presales Support Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the presales team by managing crucial documentation assignments. This includes maintaining the document repository, processing documents, preparing standard templates, and formatting proposals. The role requires a solid understanding of the company’s offerings to ensure that all presales documents are accurate, consistent, and submitted on time.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the presales document repository with a clear folder structure, naming convention, and version control.
• Process and compile documents required for proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and tender submissions.
• Prepare and update standard templates for proposals, compliance statements, cover letters, and presentations.
• Format documents and proposals in line with company standards and proofread them for accuracy and consistency.
• Keep standard reference documents such as company profiles, certificates, and case studies current and readily available.
• Track documentation requests, deadlines, and submission status; coordinate internally with presales, sales, and finance teams to collect inputs.

Qualifications

• Fresh high school pass-out/Undergraduate pursuing a degree in any discipline from a recognised University or Institution.
• Additional IT/technical certifications would be advantageous.

Additional Information

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of accounting software.
• Working knowledge of accounting principles.
• Previous knowledge/experience in working with ERP/Oracle.
