The ideal candidate will be adept at developing and delivering technical presentations and solutions tailored to client needs, contributing to both immediate sales growth and the establishment of long-term client partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise and craft tailored solutions to meet client needs primarily during the pre-sales phase.
- Act as a subject matter expert in cybersecurity solutions, helping to design appropriate offerings based on client requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to design and present solutions that address client pain points.
- Lead product demonstrations, workshops, and technical deep dives to showcase the value of products and services.
- Assist in developing technical proposals, including architecture designs and ROI analysis.
- Support the preparation of responses to technical inquiries from potential clients.
- Manage Proof of Concept projects, guiding prospects through testing of solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams for seamless integration and delivery of solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years in a similar pre-sales or technical sales role within the cybersecurity industry.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication skills, able to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Customer-focused with a proven ability to build relationships with technical decision-makers.
- At least 3 years of experience working in the UAE, with a strong understanding of the local market.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of post-quantum cryptography and emerging cybersecurity threats in the quantum computing era is a strong plus.
- Fluency in Arabic is advantageous for engaging with regional clients.
