What You'll Be Doing:
- Presentation Design: Create, format, and polish professional presentations that effectively communicate project objectives, milestones, and outcomes, ensuring consistency with established program and brand standards.
- Document Formatting: Design and maintain project documentation, including reports, proposals, manuals, and templates, to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to program guidelines.
- Brand Compliance: Ensure all deliverables align with company and client branding requirements, including logos, typography, color schemes, and overall visual identity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Program Director, project managers, and other team members to gather content and translate technical information into visually engaging materials.
- Process Improvement: Develop and refine templates and processes for presentations and documentation to improve efficiency and consistency across the program.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct reviews of materials to ensure accuracy, adherence to standards, and high-quality output before submission or distribution.
- Support Administrative Functions: Assist with scheduling, file organization, and administrative tasks related to project communications as required.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Communications, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in presentation design, document formatting, or a similar role.
- Previous experience working in a project management or corporate environment is preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Proficiency in C-level or executive dashboards.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus.
- Power Bi visualization skills are required.
- Design Skills: Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual storytelling principles.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all materials are accurate and visually appealing.
- Creativity and innovation in visual design.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
